22A – Elevator Pitch No. 3 Describe what stood out to you as important, what feedback surprised you the most, what feedback you think was outright wrong or silly or amazing and inciteful.  The most important thing that stood out to me which was the only critique was I should sum up my video at the end. Rather that just stopping it. Other than that I had great feedback and was told that I delivered my message at a great pace. What did you change, based on the feedback? Based on my feedback I changed my ending of the video. I made sure to include a solid summary in order to solidify my message and idea to the audience. 

21A – Reading Reflection No. 2 Thinking, Fast and Slow, Daniel Kahneman 1) What was the general theme or argument of the book? The general theme of this book discussed the details in how we dissect the way we think and process. Daniel breaks the facts that there is such a large benefit in the technique of slow thinking, which can be applied in both our business and personal lives. Using two systems the fast & intuitive and slow & logical. Kahneman has many arguments on intuitive thinking and how these systems can enable one to think about the underlying elements of intuitive thinking and how think guides and controls our action in our daily lives.  2) How did the book, in your opinion, connect with and enhance what you are learning in ENT 3003? 17A – Elevator Pitch No. 2 https://youtu.be/GF_isYfHLKM Reflection of Feedback: Through the feedback I received, I realized that my pitch was too personal. I needed to add more direct detail as to why this project is beneficial to the youth especially, in a focused manner. What I changed, based of feedback: What I changed in this video pitch based on the feedback was the clearness of the message. I made sure to properly breakdown what the project was and why it is needed.

Assignment 18A – Create a Customer Avatar My product will mainly be sold to schools and organizations, but can be favored towards specific types of people such as parents. She is a 35 year old principal at a middle school located in Miami Beach, Florida. She is amazing with kids, really connects with them. Her background is African American and White. Growing up in Miami she was shown diversity and sexuality at a young age, never being educated on it but experiencing it. Her schools growing up never taught her about sex education and neither did her family, in her late teens she got an STD due to careless behavior and lack of education. Years later she decided to join the school system. Along this time she also got married and had a daughter.
