30aThe End of Our Journey & The Beginning of Your Journey 1) Read through your posts from this semester. Recall all of the experiences you've had a long the way -- the highs, the lows -- the fun moments, and the moments of drudgery, and even the moments of dread. I remember when I first began this class I thought it was going to be so difficult. Making the website overwhelmed me and I had so many thoughts of this class being so complicated. Once I actually go into the flow of understand and doing this class became enjoyable. I love the website format and makes Turing in assignments and peer review so smooth. I really enjoyed the elevator pitch the first time but then the other 2-3 times became so repetitive. I also forgot to turn in assignments for a week which was great, I don't even know how or why that happen. 29A – Venture Concept No. 2 Opportunity:   The main opportunity here is to reduce the rates and spread of STD/HIV contractions, unplanned pregnancy and sexual trauma in the youth. Not many parents feel comfortable teaching their kids about the details and the importance of safe sex. I would start this project off with a trial run including one team of volunteers which would be 2 men and 2 women, one director and one educator/ sexologist. The only weaknesses of this project would be parents of students who do not approve of their child learning about sex. This can be dealt with by having consent forms sent home and those who cannot participate will step out of the room for the hour.   Innovation:      This service is  innovative  because there is nothing like it currently  on the market or in school. 27A – Reading Reflection No. 3 Grinding It Out: The Making of McDonald’s, Ray Kroc 1)  What surprised me the most was two of the most influential and successful creators being McDonalds and Disney crossed path when they were young and normal citizens of society. Its amazing the divine timing of everything, the only other person that lied about their age to serve was Walt Disney. Ray Kroc slightly talked about him and little he know what an influential impact they have both made. 2) What I admired the most was he was a hard worker. He worked multiple jobs everyday, only having one day off in the week. Kroc did many versatile things like he was a sales person and played piano for money. Another thing I admired about him was his positive energy, despite his sickness his was so positive and always looked forward to the future. 3) What I least admired was his sickness, he had many glandular sickness like thyroid, lymph, diabetes and arthritis. 28A – Your Exit Strategy 1) My business is a non-profit I intend to let it flow and grown as it should in order to reach children around the world. I would intend to stay with the business for several years, perfecting it and branching it out to other people. I look at the concept of entrepreneurship as the ability to create and share, though I love money it is not my motive. I am rich within and attract abundance regardless. I see this business being beneficial to the youth and that is what really matters. 2) I selected a very open ended exit strategy. I'd like to share this business with those interested in spreading awareness in sex safety throughout the youth and in schools. 26A – Celebrating Failure 1) There was one week where I'm genuinely not sure what happen, but I didn't turn in any of my assignments. The following week I checked canvas to see multiple missing assignments, my jaw dropped. I don't know if my brain stopped working that week, this it was a failure for me during my time in this class. With every failure comes a lesson learned, its so important to be thorough when taking an online class. 2) The main lesson learned was to be on top of my school work.       24A – Venture Concept No. 1      Education Throughout the Nation is a fun, comfortable and beneficial education system added into schools. The focus and priority set into this project is to provide students with useful informative lessons on sex in order to shine light on the dangers, safety and beauty of sexual relations. In our society sex is a topic that people tend to shy away from because they never had a comfortable safe space to talk and learn about the technicalities. Teaching children about sex safety can change their lives for the best by preventing many health issues and hardships that come with unsafe sex. There has been a steady rise in HIV/STD contractions within the last year and it is frightening. Education Throughout the Nation, has knowledge which will create a sense of safety and better decision making. The information will be taught in high schools and hopefully if approved can be lightly taught in younger grade level...

What I Think Is Next: What would be next is the craft of the information that will be taught and shared with schools. This is the most important step because it is serious, teaching sex to the youth can be tricky. The information would have to be specially crafted in order to fully educate these students in a relaxed and educational manner. The steps to be taken would to first get consent from parents and find a schools that will allow time out of their schedules for this extra information to be taught to students. 1) The first interview I did went very well, I interviewed a teacher who said she believes this project will be greatly beneficial to the youth in their futures. She agreed that there is not enough time, energy and education on sex within the youth of today. She said she doesn't even think its taught at all in her grade level which is 9th.
